Shipping policy

1.1 Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
  • Shipping methods & carriers:
    • Standard (3–7 business days) via Australia Post
    • Express (1–3 business days) via Australia Post or courier
  • Shipping fees:
    • Free standard shipping on orders over AU$100
    • AU$10 flat rate for standard shipping under AU$100
    • AU$15 flat rate for express shipping (all order values)
  • Order tracking: A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

1.2 International Shipping

  • Availability: Selected regions only (please refer to the checkout page for eligibility).
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days.
  • Transit time: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
  • Fees & duties:
    • Calculated at checkout (shipping + any applicable customs duties or taxes).
    • Recipient is responsible for any import duties/VAT.
  • Customs delays: Fejee Health & Beauty is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.

1.3 Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@fejee.com.au. We will lodge a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
