    Via Shopify Payments or third-party payment gateways: partial card data, AVS results, transaction IDs.

  • Support & Communication:
    Correspondence when you contact us (email, chat transcripts).
  • Analytics & Behavioural Data:
    IP address, browser type/version, referral source, pages viewed, products clicked, cart events, marketing channel data.

    Shopify Payments or third-party gateways (e.g. PayPal)—we do not see or store your full card number.
  • Shipping & Logistics Partners:
    Carriers (e.g. Australia Post, couriers) need your name/address to deliver your order.
  • Third-Party Apps & Plugins:
    Only the data you explicitly share with apps (product reviews, loyalty, chat) is passed on, and apps are responsible for their own compliance.
  • Legal Requirements:

    You may request erasure of your data or a machine-readable export, subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Marketing Opt-Out:
    Click “unsubscribe” in any promotional email or adjust preferences in your account.

7. Shopify’s Role
