Refund policy

1.1 Change of Mind

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (excluding shipping).
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

1.2 Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days at info@fejee.com.au.
  • We will arrange a prepaid return and send a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

1.3 How to Return

  1. Email info@fejee.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship to the address provided in our return authorization.
  4. Refunds are processed within 20 business days of receiving the return.

1.4 Exclusions

  • Sale or clearance items may be final—not eligible for return unless faulty.
